Ticket Reservations
Ticket reservations are not mandatory. We recommend making a reservation when a higher-than-usual number of visitors is expected or if you are planning to visit with a large group. In such cases, please contact us by email or telephone.
We kindly ask groups to inform us of their expected arrival in advance, even if they do not require a guided tour, in order to help avoid overcrowding.
In all other cases, our Ticket Office welcomes visitors during its regular opening hours between **9:00 AM and 4:30 PM**.
Photography and Filming
The creation of motion pictures (video recordings) for private purposes is prohibited.
For all other purposes, taking photographs or videos of a non-private nature is subject to prior approval through a photography/filming permit. Requests should preferably be submitted at least three days before the planned date of photography or filming. On the approved date, presentation of the permit signed by both parties is mandatory.
